The Nationwide Insurance Foundation only accepts applications for funding via our online application tool. The deadline for submitting a grant application for 2012 funding has passed. Please check back in May to apply for 2013 funding.
The following will not be considered:

Multiple grant proposals from one organization

Incomplete applications

Applications received outside of the online process

Applications received after deadline
- Video, albums or binders (these won't be returned)
