Busch wins fourth Nationwide Series race
Kyle Busch
claimed his fourth NASCAR Nationwide Series victory of the season
Saturday night at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C., near Charlotte.
Busch won the CARQUEST Auto Parts 300 with his No. 32 Braun Racing Toyota, ending the four-race winning streak of the No. 20 Toyota that belongs to his full-time owner, Joe Gibbs. That car, driven by Denny Hamlin, finished second, followed by Brad Keselowski, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and polesitter Brian Vickers.
The race went two laps beyond the posted distance of 200 miles when Mike Wallace wrecked on the white-flag lap as Hamlin was trying to pass Busch for the lead.
Sharing the lead for most of the night were Busch, with 86 laps,
followed by David Ragan, Keselowski, Jason Leffler, Brian Vickers and
Kasey Kahne. For Busch, it was his 15th victory in the series.
Rounding out the top 10 finishers Saturday were Clint Bowyer, Greg
Biffle, Jeff Burton, Ragan and Jimmie Johnson.
