Protect the Elderly and Vulnerable
Abuse of vulnerable people happens far too often. Many victims are people who are older, frail, and defenseless and who depend on others to meet their most basic needs. Legislatures in all 50 states have passed some form of elder abuse prevention laws, and may also have laws that extend to individuals that are otherwise vulnerable.
Do your part. If you suspect a vulnerable person is being abused, report it to the appropriate state resource.
