Kenneth D. Davis
Kenneth D. Davis is a board member of Nationwide, one of the largest
diversified insurance and financial services companies in the world. He
was elected to the board in April 1999. He also serves on the boards of
other Nationwide companies.
Mr. Davis is past president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. He
served as a member of the Farm Bureau's board of trustees from 1989 until
1999 and as first vice president of the board from 1994 until 1998.
Mr. Davis is board chairman of South Central Power Co. and is a member of many agriculture organizations including the Ohio Corn Growers, Ohio Cattlemen's and Ohio Soybean Associations.
He farms 2,300 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa, and raises beef cattle near Leesburg, Ohio.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Davis earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and a master's degree in agricultural education.
