The deadline for nominating a Nationwide associate for Volunteer of the Year has passed. Check back in July when we announce the 2009 Volunteer of the Year.

The On Your Side Volunteer Network is a group of dedicated volunteers who willingly give their time and talents to nonprofit organizations in their communities. That's encouraging for any nonprofit organization to hear. But the best part is that they're all accessible in one place.

By partnering with VolunteerMatch, a national web-based nonprofit organization that helps match volunteers with volunteer opportunities, Nationwide makes it easy for associates to search and sign up for those opportunities that suit their unique interests.
