Diverse Supplier Registration

Diverse suppliers can register via our Diverse Supplier Database. The Commodity Managers (buyers) in SMS will then reference these profiles for consideration when there is a need for new suppliers and as product and service needs arise.

It is the supplier’s responsibility to keep all contact and certification information up to date in the database. You will create a Username and Password and be able to log in to your profile as needed to make the necessary updates.

All profiles will be kept in the database for 12 months. After one year, profiles will be purged on a monthly basis with the exception of current supplier profiles and profiles that have been updated within the past 12 months.

Who should register?

Diverse suppliers who are certified by a third-party certifying agency, or government entity, who provide goods and services in one or more of the following categories.

• Claims (auto glass, independent adjusters, body shop repair facilities, claims experts, insurance replacement rental vehicles, towing, medical-related services, property contents and structure)
  
  
• Consulting and Supplemental Staffing (temporary worker services, IT staff augmentation, technology consulting, management consulting)
  
  
• General Services (security services, food services, mail and delivery services, building maintenance and repair services)
  
  
• Legal Services (outside counsel sourcing, flat fee agreements, court reporting services, ancillary legal support services, legal research products)
  
  
• Marketing and Advertising (promotional items, marketing and advertising sources, publicity/placement services, creative design elements, corporate sponsorship, marketing support and analysis)
  
  
• Office Environment (office supplies, furniture, office furnishings, office equipment, cases and containers, telephones)
  
  
• Print (printed materials, business cards/stationary/standard envelopes, books and periodicals)
  
  
• Professional Services (technology services, financial services, general claims services, professional development/training)
  
  
• Technology (computers and accessories, servers, networking, maintenance agreements, wireless, operating systems, developer software, specialty software, general use PC software, enterprise storage and archival, claims technology)
  
  
• Travel (airlines, restaurants, ground transportation, hotels, meeting services)
  
  
• Underwriting (motor vehicle reports, credit reports, bureaus, forms, modeling tools, insurance history reports)
