Many of them hold professional designations, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM). Most have bachelors or masters degrees in agricultural fields, industrial safety or occupational health.
