eDelivery of Account Statements

What do you do with the account statements and other printed notices you receive every month? You look at them − then what: stuff them into an overfilled file cabinet, toss them into your sock drawer or shred them?

If you have a Nationwide® annuity or life insurance policy, you don't have to receive printed notices from us. Just change your delivery preference from postal mail to e-mail. We'll start sending an e-mail when your account statements and important new regulatory documents are available online. We'll also send an e-mail confirmation of transactions. You can view them securely online − and even print them if you aren't ready to go totally paperless.

Sounds good, doesn't it? Here's what you need to do to get started − you can always switch back to paper if you change your mind:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click manage profile
  • Click mailing preferences
  • Change document mailing preferences to e-mail and enter your address
