There are three steps to the claims process for auto accidents:

  • Contact you to verify data on the claim
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Confirm your coverage
  • Obtain auto accident claims documents and initiate any necessary investigation of the claim
  • Establish the amount of auto insurance claims damages to be paid
  • Authorize payments according to policy conditions

Stolen Vehicle?

Check NICB's VINCheckSM  to determine if a vehicle has been reported as stolen.  Service provided by the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
