Our claims associates service and support our customers and our agents. Many are on the front lines. They're the ones who step in when things go bad for our customers and work to make things right whether it’s a house fire or hurricane. They process claims for all our primary lines of business and resolve other claims-related issues.

Our Claims Support Services staff provides support to Claims Operations with its Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Accelerating Claims Excellence (ACE), legal assistance and call centers.
