As a claims associate, you’ll have a chance to assist our customers when they need us. For more than 80 years, our claims team has helped people restore what’s most important to them.
We want people who are good with people and who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, by mail and face to face. Compassion is also a must – you’ll be helping people who have been through stressful situations, such as a car accident or a powerful storm.
After a major disaster such, members of our claims team will travel to the affected area to help people on site. From handing out bottled water to assessing storm damage, Nationwide associates pitch in where we need to so our customers can begin rebuilding their lives.
Nationwide claims associates are available across the country for our customers. We also have zone centers concentrated in seven cities: Denver, Colo.; Des Moines, Iowa; Gainesville, Fla; Raleigh, N.C., Harrisburg, Pa.; Columbus, Ohio; Richmond, Va.
