Exploring Nationwide's Customer Service Careers

Delivering superior customer service is key to our business. If you excel in this field, we encourage you to explore a career at Nationwide.

Claims Call Centers

These Nationwide associates are the first contact with customers when they’ve had damage to their property or a car accident. The call center representative leads the customer through filing a claim and makes sure they have what they need to restore their property and their lives. They will refer customers to body shops or emergency repair services and connect them with an adjuster to help resolve the claim from there.

Claims Services

These associates are a critical part of the claims back office as they provide claims and sales processing.

Financial Services

Nationwide’s product portfolio consists of exceptional financial products and services. Our customer service representatives are available to answer questions and solve problems regarding these offerings.

Personal and Commercial Lines Policy Servicing

Service representatives provide front-line customer support to address all aspects of a policy, including premium changes, policy purchasing and new customer follow-up.
