Financial Leadership Rotation Program (FLRP)
The Financial Leadership Rotation Program is an intensive two-year
rotation program designed by top financial executives to develop
Nationwide's next wave of finance leaders across the enterprise. If
you're committed to rigorous on-the-job learning and leading others to
success, you might have what it takes. The FLRP is your chance to stretch
your comfort zone and tackle Nationwide’s business challenges. Management

Each Financial Leadership Rotation Program Management associate will participate in a series of assessments to identify developmental areas and receive three customized rotation assignments that support his or her development and the goals of the enterprise. Examples of past rotations include: spearheading a business unit strategic risk assessment, aiding in the recommendation of strategic asset deployments within Nationwide’s portfolio of investments and assisting leadership in an organizational redesign and restructure.
After you successfully complete the program, Nationwide will work with you to find a permanent placement that aligns your professional development and career goals with the goals of the enterprise.
