External Applicants/Candidates:

  1. Do I have to replace my profile?
    Yes. All profile information and agent searches that you previously used will need to be re-entered. The good news is you can use your current username and password so you don't have to remember a new one.
  2. What happens to my applications that were previously submitted?
    Don’t worry, all applications that you previously submitted are safe and there is no further action needed on your part. Your applications are being reviewed, and if you are one of the most qualified for the job, you will be contacted by a recruiter.
  3. Will my password and login change?
    Yes, you will have to re-register by entering a username and password. However, you may use the same login and password that you previously used. You’ll just have to re-establish them in our new system. Instructions will be posted on nationwide.com beginning December 12.
  4. Will my search agents still work in the new system?
    No they will not. Please take a few minutes to re-enter your search criteria.
