Keeping the Promise

July 2011 - At the heart of our mutual mission is a promise − a promise to protect what's most important to our members. Everyday, our associates and agents bring that promise to life.

This short video, Keeping the Promise, illustrates how Nationwide serves our members during devastating catastrophes such as those that occurred in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Joplin, Missouri. The video includes footage from this spring's severe weather, past catastrophe responses and even individual claims.
