Rachel Aguirre is a director and portfolio manager in BlackRock’s portfolio management group. She is responsible for managing a broad range of international equity portfolios in the institutional indexing group. Aguirre’s service with the firm dates back to 2005, including her years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, she was a portfolio manager in the index equity group, and prior to that was a portfolio manager and strategist in BGI’s fixed income group.
Aguirre earned a Bachelors of Science in mathematics from the College of Creative Studies at UC Santa Barbara in 2003. She earned a Master’s degree in financial mathematics from Stanford University in 2004.

Timothy Murray is a member of BlackRock’s index equity portfolio management group. His responsibilities include managing passive and enhanced index equity strategies across emerging and frontier markets. Murray’s service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to joining BGI, Murray was a manager in the global trading operations team at State Street from 2003 to 2007.
Murray earned a Bachelors of Science in finance from California State University, Sacramento in 2002.

Scott Radell joined BlackRock as a portfolio manager in December 2003. From 2004 to 2009, Radell was a senior portfolio manager employed by Barclays Global Fund Advisors and Barclays Global Investors, N.A., which was acquired by BlackRock in December 2009.
He earned a Bachelors of Arts in economics and decision sciences from the University of California at San Diego in 1992.
