The Fund is designed to capture the returns and diversification benefits associated with equity securities of a broad and diverse cross-section of small-cap companies in the United States that the subadviser believes to be value investments.
Stephen A. Clark, Joseph H. Chi, Jed S. Fogdall, and Henry F. Gray are primarily responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of the Fund, including selection of the Fund's investments.
