Pay by Phone With Customer Service Assistance
Did you forget to mail your home loan payment? Worried that there may not be enough time for your payment to reach us by mail? Try our pay-by-phone option! A fee of $11.95 is required for each payment made by phone using our customer service-assisted option.
It’s simple:
- Call our toll-free number payment line at 1-800-356-3442, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time to pay by phone.
- Select 0 to speak with a customer service representative.
- Provide our customer service representative with your loan number, bank account information and the amount you wish to pay.
Your home loan payment, along with the pay-by-phone fee of $11.95, will be withdrawn from your checking account the next banking business day as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction.
- Any payments authorized before 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be applied to your account the same business day.
- Any payments authorized after 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or a banking holiday, will be applied to your account the next banking business day.
- If your payment is received after 4:30 p.m. Central Time on the late-payment date noted in your coupon book, you will be assessed a late charge.
- We reserve the right to disqualify you from this service based on your account status, or if you have a history of returned checks for home loan payments.
