Is insurance different for leased vehicles?
Insuring a leased car is really no different from insuring a traditionally financed vehicle.
Since your vehicle is actually owned by the leasing company, the
leaseholder requires you to carry specific insurance coverages and limits
in order to protect their investment in your vehicle. Be sure to check
your lease agreement to make sure you know the limits and coverages you
need.
If my new car is totaled, will I get
new replacement?
