Nationwide health plan members have different network options available depending on their plan benefits.

Choose the appropriate network and network category based on the service you require and the information on your current ID card and health plan materials.

First Health Provider Network

Refer to your health plan ID card and materials to determine if First Health is your primary provider network.  First Health (formerly CCN) offers general medical, surgical, chiropractic, and mental health/substance abuse providers.

Pharmacy network

Medco provides pharmacy benefits including drug pricing, drug information and participating pharmacies. Search for a participating provider or contact a service representative at 1-800-841-3417.
