Open a Nationwide Bank® Money Market Account
Here’s what you’ll need to begin
It takes just 10 minutes to open an account, and you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident and have a valid driver’s license or state or military ID.
- Current address (and your previous one if you’ve lived at your current residence for less than five years)
- Social Security number for each applicant
- E-mail address
- Valid driver's license, state or military ID for each applicant
- Routing and account number of your external account if you are funding your account from another bank
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher, or Safari
- $1,000 minimum opening balance1

*If you indicate you are a Nationwide Agent, Associate, retiree, or family member of an Agent or Associate, you will be required to provide the Agent or Associate number in order to proceed.

You can use our online application to open an individual or joint
account with Right of Survivorship and with up to three co-signers.
You'll need to fund your account with an initial deposit that you can
electronically transfer from another personal bank account or send by
check.
Trust accounts are also available and can be opened by calling
