Pay by Phone (Self-Service)

Did you forget to mail your mortgage payment? Worried that there may not be enough time for your monthly loan payment to reach us by mail? Try our pay-by-phone (self-service) option. You can now make your monthly mortgage payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week using your touch-tone phone. A fee of $9.95 is required for each payment made by phone using our self-service option.

It's simple.

1. Call our toll-free payment line at 1-800-356-3442
2. Select the pay-by-phone option
3. Use the keypad to input your loan number, the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security number, your bank account information and the amount you wish to pay

Your monthly loan payment, plus the pay-by-phone fee of $9.95, will be withdrawn from your checking account the next banking business day as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction.

• Any monthly loan payments authorized before 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be applied to your account the same business day.
• Any payments authorized after 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or a banking holiday, will be applied to your account the next banking business day.
• If your payment is received after 5 p.m. Central Time on the late-payment date noted in your coupon book, you will be assessed a late charge.
• We reserve the right to disqualify you from this service based on your account status, or if you have a history of returned checks for mortgage payments.
