Applying for a mutual fund account

Complete the application that applies to your situation. Read the
instructions carefully to learn about additional forms that may be
required and read about sales charges.

- Read about signature requirements for your application. Some forms require either a notary public signature or a signature guarantee. These aren’t interchangeable terms, so read carefully to determine what is required.
