Nationwide Funds Welcomes New Transfer Agent

We are pleased to announce that beginning November 20, 2011, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (USB) will serve as the new transfer agent for all Nationwide Funds. While many of the services USB provides are behind the scenes, we believe that our shareholders will notice improvements in service quality and convenience.

Please note that your account number and your investments in the Nationwide Funds will not change. You will, however, be required to re-enroll for online account access. After November 20, the first time you log in for online account access, you will be guided through the steps to register and establish a new User ID and Password. No other action will be necessary on your part.
