Columbus, Ohio — Insurance is a family affair for NASCAR racing superstar Dale Earnhardt, Jr. The Earnhardts have been Nationwide Insurance customers for more than 30 years and Earnhardt, Jr. is letting everyone know about it in the company’s new marketing campaign.
The partnership with Earnhardt Jr. and JR Motorsports, which includes TV and radio advertising, kicks off today with an exclusive on-line release of one of the new TV commercials.

The first airing of the commercial will during NASCAR Nationwide Series qualifying on Friday, February 13, 2009. Qualifying begins at 3 p.m. on ESPN 2.
The NASCAR Nationwide Series will be at the Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, February 14, 2009 for the Camping World 300. Coverage begins at 1 p.m. on ESPN 2.
