Raleigh, NC — Nationwide Insurance and Allied Insurance claims representatives continue to assist customers in North Carolina in response to tornadoes that caused damage in the state over the weekend. Policyholders with storm damage should call the Nationwide claims hotline at 1-800-421-3535 or the Allied claims hotline at 1-800-282-1446.
A Nationwide Insurance/Allied Insurance mobile catastrophe site will be
set up in one location Wednesday, to assist policyholders in filing
claims and to provide humanitarian aid:
• Corner of Charles Rd. and Piney Green Rd., Jacksonville, NC
Nationwide and Allied are now reporting more than 2,500 claims in North Carolina, both home and auto.
The Nationwide Catastrophe Team, a group of experienced professional who understand the complex claims that happen in a catastrophe, are on the ground, getting to customers as quickly as possible. This team will work seven days a week until all policyholder’s needs have been addressed.
