Nationwide Retirement Solutions renews contract with state of Arizona

Columbus, OH — Nationwide Retirement Solutions (NRS), Nationwide’s public-sector retirement plan business, today announced that it will continue to serve the state of Arizona’s deferred compensation plans for another five years. Under the agreement, NRS will provide the recordkeeping, marketing and education for the plans’ more than 26,000 participants.

Since 1976, Nationwide has served as the exclusive administrator for the state of Arizona and the new contract extends this partnership until 2016. With approximately $862 million in assets, the state of Arizona is one of Nationwide’s largest clients.
