Des Moines, Iowa– The Nevada, Utah and Idaho communities now have another option when it comes to looking for a low-cost, low-fee mortgage. Nationwide Advantage Mortgage CompanySM is expanding its new loan officer team to serve the communities and to provide an easy mortgage process that features 10-minute approvals and streamlined documentation.

Nicholson will head up the region covering Nevada, Utah, and Idaho. Brunson will be responsible for the region covering southern Las Vegas and the surrounding cities of Henderson and Boulder City.
Nicholson has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years and has five years of regional management experience. As a top producer for First Security Bank in Twin Falls, Idaho, he earned three president awards and was awarded with the distinction of being the number-one rated loan officer in 1998 for the Idaho market. Additionally, Nicholson managed Idaho and Nevada regions while working at GMAC Mortgage Corporation.
Brunson has worked in the mortgage and financial services industries for more than five years. As a regional manager for Citigroup in Las Vegas, she received a top regional manager award in 2003. In 2004, she became a branch manager for Wells Fargo and made a depleting branch profitable within six months.
