Nationwide’s Gueli named “Woman of Influence”

Columbus, Ohio— Nationwide is pleased to announce that Susan J. Gueli, Vice President of Information Risk Management, was one of the winners of the 2006 “Women of Influence” Awards.
The awards, co-presented by Alta Associates and CSO magazine, honored four women leaders from four industry sectors for their accomplishments in the fields of information security, risk management and privacy.

Gueli was responsible for providing enterprise leadership and strategic planning for the development, implementation and execution of Nationwide’s information security program. In addition, she provided enterprise leadership and strategic planning for Nationwide’s continuity management practice and execution of Nationwide’s continuity management program. Gueli has recently taken on a new role at Nationwide – vice president of Nationwide Financial's Application Services and Development Competency Center.
