Nationwide® Launches Bilingual Insurance and Financial Planning Guide
Nationwide knows that talking about important things with people we care about isn’t always easy. We also know that you want to protect what’s important to you: your family, home, car, business and financial future.
To help facilitate these sometimes difficult conversations, Nationwide recently launched the new, bilingual insurance and financial planning guide, “Let’s Talk About What’s Important.” This guide aims to provide families with the tools they need to discuss and make informed decisions about insurance and financial planning.
“Let’s Talk About What’s Important” will be distributed at local community events and through local agent offices, and is also available in both English and Spanish printable versions online.
The informational guide is part of a larger campaign sponsored by Nationwide to help people have constructive conversations about important issues. The Have The TalkSM initiative provides tools and resources to help families get past communication barriers and have productive, proactive talks.
Sheila Heen, co-author of the book Difficult Conversations, provides some do's and don'ts when it comes time to have these discussions. Access the Have the Talk site for more tips on how to have difficult conversations.
