Terri Hill

President, Nationwide Better Health and Executive Vice President, Nationwide Administration
Terri Hill is President of Nationwide Better Health and Executive Vice President for Nationwide Administration which encompasses the operations of corporate real estate and aviation for all Nationwide companies. She has held the latter responsibilities since 2003 and was elected to the post of NBH President in 2009.
Terri previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and CAO for Nationwide and, prior to that, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Scottsdale Insurance, a Nationwide company, where she oversaw human resources, learning resources, facilities, operations and communications. She joined Scottsdale in 1996. Terri's earlier career included 11 years at American Express where she held numerous human resources positions, her last as Vice President for Human Resources.
She is a board member of the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts and an affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
Terri earned a bachelor's degree in organizational communications from Arizona State University and a Certificate of Human Resources from Cornell University. She has more than 23 years of diverse human resources and operations experience.
