There are three steps in filing a property or casualty claim with Nationwide:

1. You’re in an accident or suffer a loss of property.

2. You contact us to report a claim:

• Call 1-800-421-3535
• Complete the online property claims form
• Contact your agent
• Sign in to Account Access

 3. All property claims are individually handled by a property casualty claims professional, who can:

• Contact you to verify data on the claim
• Answer any questions you may have
• Confirm your coverage
• Obtain claims documents and initiate any necessary investigation of the claim
• Establish the amount of claims damages to be paid
• Authorize payments according to policy conditions
