• A service representative will make sure you are in a safe location and can dispatch emergency police or fire services if needed
• Roadside Assistance services is dispatched to your location right away

In most cases it's "sign and drive" service, so you won't have to worry about paying money out of pocket while you're on the side of the road.

Nationwide Roadside Assistance Basic

• Coverage applies to everyone on your policy in any car you occupy
• Towing up to 15 miles¹
• Ditch extraction pulls you out and gets you rolling again - some restrictions apply
• Emergency fuel delivered to your tank
• Battery jump-starts
• Lockout service up to $100
• Flat tire assistance

Nationwide Roadside Assistance Plus

• All the services of Roadside Assistance Basic
• Towing up to 100 miles¹
• Trip interruption coverage reimburses expenses up to $500² for alternate transportation, lodging and meals when you're stranded 100+ miles from home³
