Accident and Hospital Ca$hBack Plans
Even the healthiest people can be caught off guard when an accidental injury or sudden illness sends them to the Emergency Room. Unfortunately, most people don’t plan ahead for this kind of medical expense. Now you can.
With Accident and Hospital Ca$hBack Plans, employees and their covered family members can be protected from the unexpected costs associated with an accident or hospital stay.
Basic plan provisions:
- Employers must have 51 or more eligible employees
- Reimbursement is paid directly to employee
- Plans pay regardless of other existing insurance plans
Accident Ca$hBack Plan
- Benefit year maximums range from $1,100 - $5,000
- Family maximums up to three times the employee benefit
- Benefits not limited to a predetermined schedule
Hospital Ca$hBack Plan
- Benefit maximums range from $100 - $500 per day for semi-private stay
- Two times the base benefit for ICU or CCU
- Up to 30 combined days per benefit year
Accident & Hospital Ca$hBack Plan
- Accidental injury: $500 per benefit year
- Hospital inpatient: $300/day per covered person
- Air ambulance benefit: $1000
- Ground ambulance benefit: $300
- Lifetime maximum benefit: $100,000 per covered person
