Accident and Hospital CashBack Plans

Our affordable, easy-to-use Accident and Hospital CashBack PlansSM (PDF) bridge the gap between an employee's medical needs and the financial impact of their high deductible health plan.

Who is eligible to participate?

  • Employers with 51 or more eligible employees
  • Employers who have at least 25% employee participation (or E.G.P.)
  • Employees that are U.S. Residents age 18 to 64
  • Employees who work at least 25 hours FT

What are the benefits?

The reimbursement provided by each of the Accident and Hospital CashBack products is paid directly to the employee, rather than the health care provider. This means the employee can use the reimbursement to cover their deductible or any other needs they might have due to the accident or hospital stay.

These plans will also pay regardless of other existing insurance plans.

Some additional benefits include:

  • A selection of the Accident CashBack Plan, Hospital CashBack Plan, or a combination plan
  • Communication materials to help maximize employee enrollment
  • An exclusive website for benefits administration services, enrollment and claims support
  • Other CashBack Plan provisions (PDF)
