Associate Resource Groups & Business Unit Councils
Our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) and Business Unit Councils (BUCs) help associates find meaningful ways to connect with one another, moving our diversity and inclusion strategy forward. Nationwide’s ARGs allow our associates to network and be part of a group that matters to them. Our ARGs are comprised of a wide variety of groups that any associate can be part of based on their individual interests, such as LGBTQ, women, veterans and the disabled. These groups develop leadership skills, volunteer at community events, and recommend and/or implement creative ideas to enhance business performance.
Likewise, our 15 ARGs are structured across our many locations to ensure that diversity and inclusion has a broad geographical reach and is sustained in those areas.
