The smart home monitoring system and related support will be supplied by the third-party device provider and maker. Nationwide is not responsible for the system, installation, or any home monitoring. To be eligible for this offer, the customer must have an active Nationwide homeowners policy.

[1] Nationwide is offering a LeakBot device and plumbing repair support at no additional charge. The leak repair visit includes labor, parts and taxes. If an individual part costs over $250, the homeowner will cover the excess amount for the part purchased. The service is subject to a parts limit of $250 for each job resulting from a LeakBot alert. Availability varies.

[2] A 5-year monitoring service is being offered at no charge. After the initial 5-year service period, Nationwide will communicate any potential updates to the program, and the policyholder can choose to pay for additional monitoring.
