Finding an ATM should be easy and using one shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. Nationwide’s extensive ATM network is designed to give you the accessibility you need to your money, no matter where life takes you.
Your Nationwide Bank ATM/debit card gives you access to more than 77,000 surcharge-free ATMs within the Allpoint, PNC Bank, Alliance One and MoneyPass ATM networks. This allows you to:
- Get cash withdrawals up to $1,000 per day
- Transfer funds
- Find out your account balance
- Make deposits
Some of these services may not be available at all bank ATM terminals.
Understand Nationwide Bank ATM fees with no surprises
There are two kinds of charges associated with ATM network usage:
- Fees charged by your bank
- Surcharges assessed by the owner of the ATM
Fees charged by Nationwide. You have access to the surcharge- free ATMs up to a fixed number of times per month based your contract type:
Nationwide E-Checking: 6 transactions
Nationwide Direct Checking: 4 transactions
Nationwide Interest Checking: 6 transactions
Nationwide Regular Savings: 2 transactions
Nationwide Money Market: 2 transactions
Nationwide Bank will assess a fee of $1.50 for each non-Nationwide Bank ATM transaction that exceeds the monthly allowance for your account.
For Allpoint users: If the surcharge screen appears during your transaction, press "yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be charged the surcharge or Allpoint will refund your money.
Surcharges by ATM owners. Some ATM network owners may assess a surcharge if you use their ATM, and the amount of the surcharge is set by the ATM owner. It's important to understand that these surcharges will be assessed regardless of whether you’ve exceeded the monthly ATM transaction limit for your account. To help you avoid these charges, we encourage you to use Allpoint, PNC Bank, Alliance One and MoneyPass ATMs, which are surcharge free when you use your Nationwide Bank ATM/debit card.
