How it works
CorVel provides an initial critical incident stress debriefing session for an individual or a group after a covered claim. Nationwide absorbs the cost of that debriefing session. Sessions may be conducted at a home, hospital or job site. Your management team will be informed of issues that may affect attendance as well as other identified needs.
The claims adjuster coordinates the scheduling of the session with the customer, or sometimes the customer will call CorVel directly.
