These groups empower associates to move the business forward, give back to the community and develop professionally and personally. Nationwide’s ARGs are associate-initiated and associate-driven groups that come together voluntarily with the goal of advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and enhancing Nationwide’s success.

We continue to focus on raising awareness and making connections to shape a more inclusive world. To achieve this, we developed robust campaigns and proactively activated partnerships to help identify and remove barriers to opportunity — establishing an added layer of external accountability.
