How to get started

Once you add the smart home program to your policy, follow these steps:

Watch for an email from Nationwide with a unique link to order your smart home device

When your smart home device arrives, download the device app and follow the installation instructions.

[1]The discount applies to fire, theft and water coverages. Program criteria differ in California and Washington. CA: 10% discount applied to water nonweather and water weather and theft; 5% on fire perils; WA: 5% discount applied to all perils. The discount for smart home participation will be discontinued if an eligible smart home monitoring system is not ordered and activated within 55 days of enrollment.
