Once you set up a payment method, text us at 245569 (BILLNW) with:

  • ENROLL to get payment confirmations and billing reminders, including a countdown to your payment coming due
  • PAY to pay your minimum balance due (the only amount available through this service)

To sign up for payment reminders and receipts, log in to account self service. From there, go to "Profile" and click on "Preferences".

Once you report a claim and we have your mobile number on file, text us at 252467 (CLAIMS) with: 

  • CLAIMREP or ADJUSTER to get your claim number and contact information for the person handling your claim
  • CLAIMSTATUS for your claim number and claim status
  • APPTREMINDER for your claim number and drive-in appointment details
  • HELP for help 
  • STOP to cancel
