If your vehicle needs towing
If you have towing and labor coverage and need emergency roadside service, contact a provider of your choice and Nationwide will reimburse you up to your policy limit.
If your vehicle has been towed
If you have towing and labor coverage and need reimbursement for a covered loss, please write your name, vehicle serviced, home address, telephone number and policy number on your towing or roadside service bill and mail to the following address:

Nationwide Insurance works with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company to provide you with prompt and efficient replacement-car service. Enterprise has over 4,000 branches available to service your need for a rental car.
If you have a covered loss of use claim, call 1-800-272-1227 to reserve a rental car. This service is provided at a reduced rate to Nationwide customers, who are also given priority consideration.
