Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including, without limitation, Nationwide Ventures, LLC (collectively "Nationwide") is providing this site as an information service and communication tool (the "Site").
When you access the Site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of use, plus any additional terms or conditions within the Site itself (collectively "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions are in addition to any other agreements between you and Nationwide.
Nationwide reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Such modification or change shall be effective upon posting by Nationwide on the Site. You agree to be bound to any changes to these Terms and Conditions when you use the Site after any such change is posted.

Information about the Operation of the Site
Nationwide operates the Site from its offices within the United States. Nationwide does not represent that Content on the Site is appropriate or applicable for use in any other country, and access from certain countries other than the United States may be strictly prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that you are accessing the Site on your own initiative, at your own risk, and are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including those governing the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Franklin County, Ohio and waive the defense of forum non conveniens.

Nationwide welcomes your submissions of business and technical solutions, models, ideas, concepts, applications, algorithms, processes, inventions, innovations, improvements, visions, business plans and strategies, and related content (collectively, “Information”) that align with the Nationwide Ventures strategy through the electronic mail link provided on the Site. You hereby grant Nationwide a world-wide, royalty free, and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and adapt Information for the purpose for which Information was submitted or made available to Nationwide.
Nationwide does not plan to share your Information with the public, but does not agree to obligations of confidentiality or non-disclosure with regard to Information submitted to it and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Information, absent a written agreement stating otherwise. If Information contains trade secret, confidential, or proprietary data and you have questions about Nationwide’s handling of the same, please contact Nationwide via the electronic mail link on the Site prior to submitting Information to learn more or to reach an agreement governing the treatment of your Information. It is possible that Nationwide has developed or will develop on its own or with others, or has received or will receive from others, ideas, inventions, strategies, etc., the same as or similar to Information you send to Nationwide. In no event shall Nationwide be limited or restricted from pursuing any such opportunities independently or with others, nor shall Nationwide be liable to you, under any theory, based on its use of information you submit via this Site.

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections of the Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
Failure by Nationwide, in any instance, to exercise any of its rights under the Terms and Conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or any other rights under the Terms and Conditions.
