Meet the PRT team

Vice President

Paula leads the team in supporting the transfer of pension liabilities to Nationwide from various plan sponsors facing financial difficulties in managing associated financial obligations. With more than 20 years of experience in the Defined Benefit, Pension Risk Transfer and Benefit Administration space, Paula’s core focus has been promoting and achieving operational excellence as an advocate of business strategy improvement and change management.

Director of Business Development

Richard leads the business development team with oversight or our business strategy, innovation efforts, and sales and distribution. An actuary with more than 20 years of experience in financial services and corporate strategy, Richard’s focus has been on developing our distribution relationships and building out our presale processes.

Director of Operations

Bob is results-driven, with deep knowledge and experience in pension risk transfer onboarding, administration and regulatory compliance. With three decades of industry experience, he has been charged with ensuring the successful transition of new pension risk transfer contracts and creating and driving service delivery strategies that encompass new business onboarding and client relationship management.
