Our Policyholder Portal offers two easy and secure ways to pay your bill. For quick bill pay access without logging in, use our Private Client QuickPay feature by selecting Pay Now from the Portal welcome screen.
Once logged in, you can do the following:
- Pay your bill — View account balance and payment history; pay bills online by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- View or download policy documents
- Request ID cards
- Contact us — Find contact info for your agent, Private Client Solutions Center and claims department
To create your account, you will need the following to verify your identity:
- Policy number (found on your declarations page or by contacting your agent)
- Date of birth
- ZIP code
