Nationwide offers graduates and undergraduates a strong foundation to build their careers. We understand that learning should not, and does not, stop on graduation day. It’s why we’ve made a significant investment in developing our internship and associate programs.

In addition to on-the-job training, Nationwide also is dedicated to providing its interns and associates with continuous development opportunities. We offer online training classes, in-person sessions, and personally tailored educational opportunities based on your professional development goals.

Summer internship program

Nationwide’s 10 to 12-week summer internships are 40 hours per week and run from May to August. As an intern, you’ll get high-profile assignments where you’re regarded as a full-time associate.
