We’ll reimburse you up to $400 to replace your key. Coverage also includes services to gain entry to your vehicle if your key is lost, stolen, disabled or locked in your car. Coverage is subject to the following conditions:

• Original copies of receipts for services must be submitted before reimbursement is payable
• No deductible applies to any payments made under this coverage
• Replacement applies only to policies with comprehensive coverage

This feature helps you avoid a rate increase if you’re involved in a fender bender or minor accident. Coverage is subject to the following conditions:

• No accident surcharge will be applied to your premium if you file a Property Damage or Collision claim resulting in a payout that is under the accident threshold, even if you were at fault; if the claim payout is over the accident threshold amount, the accident will be surcharged unless it qualifies for Accident Forgiveness; whether the accident threshold is met is determined by the Nationwide claims payout
• Available in select states, Accident Forgiveness is an auto insurance coverage option that potentially helps you avoid a rate increase after your first at-fault accident
• There is no limit on the number of times you can utilize this feature
• Claims payout example: If the total repair cost is $2,300 and you have a net deductible of $500, Nationwide’s payout would be $1,800, which is under the $2,000 Fender Bender Forgiveness threshold and qualifies for Fender Bender Forgiveness

• It applies only to a dog or cat owned by you or a family member
• It applies only if the dog or cat is injured while inside your covered vehicle at the time of the covered collision loss
• Our obligation to pay for an injury under this coverage has no effect on any other policy that you have with us
• No deductible applies to any payment under this coverage
• Coverage is subject to all terms and conditions of the policy, except as changed by this endorsement
