An online account gives you secure, convenient access to manage your business insurance 24/7. Click the link above and enter your account number to get started.

File and track a commercial claim

To get started, click the link above to log in to your online account. Go to View Policies in Package, select the appropriate policy then click View & File Claims.

Go paperless

Get started after learning

Going paperless can save time, increase security and reduce your carbon footprint. Just click the link above to log in to your account. Click Profile, then Preferences and select Go Paperless.

To set up, change or cancel automatic payments:

  1. Click the “Get started” link below and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Bills & Payments, then click Automatic Payments.
  3. Click Set up Automatic Payments to get started or Edit Automatic Payments to change or cancel. Get started

Get started

To access policy documents:

  1. Click the “Get started” link below and log in to your account.
  2. Scroll down to the section called View Policies in Package (PAK).
  3. Click View Policy Documents in the bottom right corner. This will take you to the policy documents page, listing all policies in the account.
  4. Find the correct policy and click the button on the right, either View/Print Policy Documents OR View/Print COI & Documents.
  5. Commonly viewed documents are available in the Featured Documents section at the top, or you can select from the All Documents list.

Notes:

  • Policy details are included in the Policy Declarations document
  • Proof of insurance cards for business auto are found within the Policy Declarations document
  • If you need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and do not see it in your policy documents, you can either request it from your online account homepage or contact your agent

Get started

To pay your bill:

  1. Click the “Get started” link below and scroll down to the Business insurance tab.
  2. Click Log In/Sign Up To Pay Your Bill.
  3. Log in, then click Make A Payment.

To pay your bill without logging in:

  1. Click the “Get started” link below and select Pay Without Logging In.
  2. Enter your business account number, ZIP code and minimum amount due stated on your bill.
  3. Follow prompts to complete payment.

To view current and previous bills:

  1. Click the “Get started” link below and scroll down to the Business insurance tab.
  2. Click Log In/Sign Up To Pay Your Bill.
  3. Log in, click Bills & Payments, then click View Bill.
