First, report your auto claim online or by calling our On Your Side® Claims Center at 1-800-421-3535 and opt to receive claim information by text message.

When you report your claim online or over the phone, we’ll ask if you want information about your claim texted to your mobile phone. Say “yes” and enjoy the convenience of text messages.

After you give us your mobile number, you can text specific keywords to CLAIMS (252467) and receive text message responses about your claim.1
