    Here’s how it works

    First, report your auto claim online or by calling our On Your Side® Claims Center at 1-800-421-3535 and opt to receive claim information by text message.

    When you report your claim online or over the phone, we’ll ask if you want information about your claim texted to your mobile phone. Say “yes” and enjoy the convenience of text messages.

    Each claim is handled on the basis of its individual facts and circumstances, in accordance with policy language, including applicable exclusions, conditions and limitations, as well as applicable controlling law.
